Willie B. Marshall, 90, resident of N.H. C. departed this life May 30, 2020 at Self Regional Medical Center.  Born in Greenwood County.  He was the son of the late Booker T. Marshall and the late Janie Lou Simmons Marshall.

Willie attended public schools.  He retired after working 52 years at Greenwood Mills.  He was a former member of Second Damascus Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Janie Wallace, one son, Wade J. Marshall and one granddaughter, Virginia Marshall.

He leaves to cherish his memories. his wife, Janie Ruth Ross Marshall; six daughters, Janie (Frank) Rapp, Glory (Charlie) Holloway of Callison, SC; Bertha (Ossie) Petterson,  Elease (Jimmy) Williams, Catherine (Holman) Gilliam, and Emma (Freddie) Marshall of Greenwood, SC; two Willie B. Marshall, Jr., and Larry Marshall both of Greenwood, SC; one sister, Jessie Hampton; two brothers, J. L.. Marshall and Claude Marshall both of Greenwood, SC; sixteen grandchildren, forty great grandchildren, twenty-six great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, June 6, 2020 in the chapel of Parks Funeral Home from 1pm to 7pm.
