Travis Dewayne Evans, 45, transitioned to his Heavenly home on March 5, 2022. He was a loving husband of LaShonda Evans.

He was born in Hodges, South Carolina on October 21, 1976, his parents are Ralph and Valeria Diane Evans.

Travis graduated from Greenwood High School where he was a member of the Marching band as a drummer. He attended Piedmont Technical College in Greenwood, South Carolina. He joined Cokesbury Baptist Church at a young age. He loved golfing, fishing and outdoor cooking with his family and his friends. He was humble, kind spirited and loved by all.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife; his son, DeQuan Adams; his parents, one sister; Stacy (Robert) Young; one grandmother, Willie M. Stewart and a host of aunts, uncle, nieces, cousins and friends.

Services will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, March 10, 2022 in the Chapel of Parks Funeral Home, 514 Hackett Avenue, Greenwood, South Carolina, with Reverend James Coleman, Officiating and Reverend Derrick Stewart assisting.

There will be no Public viewing.
