Robert Marshall Davis better known to his family and friends as "Football" or "Bubba" , age 63 passed away peacefully at his home.  He was born November 2, 1955 to the late Alice M. Davis and Dedrick E Wright.

Robert was a Presbyterian by Faith and served in the church until his illness.

Robert was self employed as a Painter and took pride and joy in his work.  Robert was the life of any gathering and always made you laugh.

Robert leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Mary Ann Hadden of thirty three years; two stepsons, William (Shannon) Hadden and DeCarlo (Becky) Hadden; ten grandchildren, two brothers, Carnell (Lucille) Wright and Howard Wright; four sisters, Bernice (Johnny) Sprowl, Betty (Michael) Manigo, Frances (Netrean) Smiley and Roberta (Michael) Marvels; five sisters-in-law, Mammie Valentine, Margaret Valentine, Alberta Miller, Lola Mae Taylor, and Albertine Calloway;  special devoted cousins, Willie McAdams and Carl Aiken;  friends, Darlene "Red" Brown and Joseph Watts along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Robert was preceded in death by his mother, and siblings, Anita, Ida and Eugene.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2018 at Saint Mary Baptist Church in Due West, South Carolina with the Reverend Wilmar Burroughs, pastor and presiding and the Reverend James Coleman, officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Zion Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Robert Morgan, Tommie Lomax, John Aiken, Theodore Lomax, Kelvin Washington and William Lomax.  Flower Bearers will be Cousins and Friends.

The family is at the home, 3777 Highway 20, Donalds, South Carolina.
