Patricia Ann Irvin, 70, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Hospice Care of the Piedmont in Greenwood, South Carolina.

She was born January 3, 1955 to the late Annie Mae Irvin and David Carter.  She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Morris Chapel Baptist Church and later moved her membership to Beulah Baptist Church.

She is a graduate of Greenwood High School and Piedmont Technical College as a nursing aid.  She retired from the medical profession with Self Regional Medical Center, Wesley Common Nursing Home and Hospice Care of the Piedmont.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Pearlena Moore; five brothers, Rufus Irvin, Willie Irvin, Charles Irvin, Robert Irvin and Tommy Irvin.

She leaves to cherish her memory one son, Kendrell Irvin of Greenwood, South Carolina; three grandsons, Kyrez Irvin, Ethan Irvin and Joel Irvin of all Greenwood, South Carolina; one great granddaughter, Kali Mae Irvin of Florida; one brother Franklin Irvin of Jonesboro, Georgia, and two sisters, Evelyn Irvin of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Anita Irvin of Greenwood, South Carolina along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 1-5 P.M. at the funeral home.

A celebration of life for Patricia Ann Irvin will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Pastor Dana Tillman, Officiating, Assisting will be Pastor Deloris Henderson, Pastor Ankoma Anderson and Archbishop Emanuel Spearman. The body will be placed in the church at 10 A.M. Burial will be in Evening Star Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be nephews, and Flower Bearers will be nieces.

The family is at the home, 103 Sycamore Drive, Greenwood, South Carolina.
