Nathaniel Puckett, 56,  of 910 Shiloh Court, Saluda, South Carolina peacefully entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 14, 2022.

Born in Greenwood County, South Carolina on July 26, 1965, he was the son of the late Labrentha Puckett Barlow and the late Johnny Sanders.

He was affectionally called "Bilo" and "Stan" by his family and friends. Stan was an avid dancer winning many contests and also a professional pool player. He was always the life of family gathering by telling jokes and pulling pranks.

He attended Greenwood Public Schools and was formerly employed with the family business, The  Sanders Construction Company for many years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his maternal grandparents, Henry and Janie Puckett, his paternal grandparents, Nicodemus and Willie Jo Sanders; one aunt, Gloria Jean Johnson and five  uncles, Michael Bernard (Cheryl) Puckett, M. L. Sanders, Bobby Sanders, Albert Sanders and Roy Sanders.

Leaving to cherish his most precious and loving memories are; two sons, Nathaniel Jonathan Puckett of Simpsonville, South Carolina and Nahshon M. Puckett of Mauldin, South Carolina; one daughter, Natanya (Keyvonne Parker) Puckett of Columbia, South Carolina; two brothers Jason (LaTori) Barlow and Adrian Sanders both of Greenwood, South Carolina; one sister, Angela Sanders of Greenwood, South Carolina; his fiancé, Myra L. Irvin of Mauldin, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Kenndi Puckett, Keyvonne Parker, Jr., and Keyli Parker; two uncles reared in the home,  Henry (Deborah) Puckett, Jr., of Mauldin, South Carolina and Eric Larnell Puckett of Greenwood, South Carolina; four aunts reared in the home, Ruby Elaine Jenkins and Sharon Renae Puckett both of Atlanta, Georgia; Sarah  Lou Jackson of Cleveland, Ohio and Lena Jeanette Moore of Greenville, South Carolina; six paternal uncles, Jackie Ray (Lena) Sanders of Atlanta, Georgia; Charles (Sandra) Sanders, Donnie (Barbara) Sanders, Ezell (Marie)  Sanders, Glenn Sanders and Dewayne Sanders all of Greenwood, South Carolina; one paternal aunt, Mary (John) Ford of Atlanta, Georgia. He also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish his memories.

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Nathaniel Puckett will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in the chapel of Parks Funeral Home with Elder David Tolbert, officiating and presiding and Evangelist Ruby Elaine Jenkins assisting.  Burial will be in the Ninety Six Community Cemetery in Ninety Six, South Carolina.

Pallbearers and Flower Bearers will be family and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Saturday at 11:00  A.M. until the hour of service.

The family is at their respective homes.
