John Glenn Williams, 60, of 105 Spring Valley Road entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 15, 2026 at his home.

Born in Greenwood County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Jackson Williams and Mary Ella Williams.

He is preceded in death by his, mother and father; two sisters, Eliza Ann Coleman and Lou Ella Williams, four brothers, Jackson Williams, Jr., Matthew Williams, Freddie Williams and Jeremiah Williams.

Leaving to cherish his most fond and precious memories are; one daughter, Jacquan Williams of Abbeville, South Carolina; one brother, Curtis Williams; four sisters, Lorene Reed, Linda Faye Partlow, Mary Ann Morrow and Elizabeth Robinson all of Greenwood, South Carolina; five grandchildren, Javion Brown, Jada Brown, Cameron Butler, Christopher Butler and Giana Butler. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 from 1-6 P.M. at the funeral home.

Home Going service for John Glenn Williams will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 22, 2026 in the chapel of Parks Funeral Home with Bishop Alvin Smith, Officiating.
