BRADLEY -- James Albert Williams, 80, husband of Carnelia Marshall Williams, of 1612 County Line Road, died on Monday, February 13, 2017 at his home.

Born in Greenwood County, he was the son of the late Connie G. Williams and Emma Gaskin. He was employed with Lowe's Home Improvement, where he retired after several years of service.

He is preceded in death by six siblings: one sister, Elizabeth Williams; five brothers, Lenwood Holloway, Raymond, Reuben, Roy and Connie Williams. He was the last survivor of his immediate family.

Surviving are his wife of the home; two daughters, Janie Brown of Greenwood and Annie W. Stribble (Clarence) of Bradley; three sons, James Williams (Linda) of Bradley, Willie D. Williams, (Virginia) of Augusta, Ga., and Thomas L Williams of Bradley; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at noon on Friday, February 17, 2017 in the Chapel of Parks Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bobby Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakbrook Memorial Park.
