Hildred's stature commanded the room, and his smile and laugh were infectious! A strong man of God he continued his worship from Harlem, NY to Greenwood, SC and spread the word of God everywhere he went. Hildred was a man of unique nicknames to those he loved and held close to his heart, his eldest Bug, his youngest Head, and his grand Boogie. He took pride in Family and what it eluded in all its definition, that's how he'll be remembered as a family man, a provider, a loving father, an amazing grandfather, a caring bother and friend, and a newly made great grandfather.

Hildred is survived by his two daughters, Chermaine & Charmone Wright; his only granddaughter, Raven M Quinones; & his only great-grandson Lennox Pierre-Joseph Quinones. Hildred is preceded in death by both his parents, Hildred Wright Sr. and Louise Dozier Wright, three sisters, Lucille Cohen; Rosa Wardlaw; and Eleanor Wright, and one son Lenard Pierre Wight. He leaves behind two brothers Thomas Wright of Almote, Florida and Brownie Wright of San Diego, CA; two sisters, Victoria Wright Ransome of Philadelphia, PA and Diana Wright of Greenville, SC; as well as many friends and Extended Family members, too carry on and cherish his honorable memory.

The light of Hildred's life will continue to shine on through those he has left behind as he sits with God in Peace. The family appreciates all the condolences and prayers as the memory of Hildred lives through his loved ones.
