Franklin R. Jackson, Jr., 48, of 110 Burdine Road, Apartment 10, Greenville, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina.

Born in Greenwood County, South Carolina on January 22, 1977, he was the son of Odessa L. Jackson and the late Franklin R. Jackson, Sr.

Franklin was a graduate of Wade Hampton High School. He dedicated his time as a caretaker and found joy in playing music and spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his father, maternal grandparents, Odessa Henderson and Leo Allen, paternal grandparents, Ruby Jackson and Ollie Jackson.

He was the loving father of two daughters, Blessy Jackson and Madison Jackson both of Kansas City. He also leaves to cherish his most fond and precious memories; his mother, Odessa L. Jackson of the home; one sister, Sandra Jackson of Simpsonville, South Carolina; one aunt, Sharon Johnson of Anderson, South Carolina; one uncle, Odell Allen of Greenville, South Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.

A service of celebration for Franklin R. Jackson, Jr. will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, February 22, 2025 in the Chapel of Parks Funeral Home with Reverend James C. Coleman Officiating.

The family is at the home of 414 Chesley Drive in Simpsonville, South Carolina.
