Frances Wiona Klugh, 88, a resident of National Healthcare Center in Greenwood, South Carolina and formerly of 541 Klugh Road in Abbeville, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, South Carolina.

Born in Abbeville County, she was the daughter of the late James Odell and Agnes Campbell Klugh.

She is predeceased by two sisters, Nettie Klugh Ervin and Lealer K. Cantlow; two brothers, James W. Klugh and Tharie Klugh.

She was educated in the Abbeville County School System. She was employed at the National Healthcare Center in Greenwood, South Carolina where she retired after several years of service. She was a member of St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church.

She leaves to cherish her memories, one sister, Annie K. Styles and one brother, Elder Reverend Oscar A. Klugh, Sr., both of Abbeville, South Carolina and a  host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Evening Star Cemetery with Elder Reverend Oscar A. Klugh, Sr., officiating.

Public viewing will be at held in chapel on Monday, August 31, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

The family is at their respective homes.
