Bernadette Smith Todd, 62, "Bonnie," widow of David Todd of 4906 Emerson Road in Hodges, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, South Carolina.

Born July 30, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Roy Smith and Elizabeth Smith. Bernadette was a member of Smyrna African Methodist Episcopal Church in Waterloo, South Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, Demarcus Smith, one brother, Robert Lee Smith and one sister, Alma Smith Dickey.

Leaving to cherish her most precious memories are three sons, Marlo Tivon Todd, Ron Todd and Ronald Todd all of Ware Shoals, South Carolina; two granddaughters, and two grandsons; one brother, Carlton (Ojetta) Smith of Hodges, South Carolina; one sister, Eileen C. (James M) Smith of Belton, South Carolina; one brother-in-law, James (Gloria) Dickey of North Augusta, South Carolina; three sisters-in-law, Alice Austin of McCormick, South Carolina; Thelma Hodges and Bessie Todd both of Waterloo, South Carolina; her mother-in-law, Molly Todd of Waterloo, South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Graveside service will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Greenwood Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, 3302  Highway 25 North, Hodges, South Carolina with the Reverend Willie E. Rice, Officiating. Assisting will be the Reverend Jackie Aiken and Bishop Johnny Henderson.

Pallbearers will be nephews and cousins. Flower Bearers will be nieces and cousins.

Public viewing will be held on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 1 - 5 P.M. at the funeral home.
